The motorcycle was completely restored many years ago by former mechanics from the Aermacchi H-D team workshop (Ezio Mascheroni, Gilberto Milani, and Albino Fabris) using original factory parts, including a special camshaft and other engine components. It was definitely used in the 1970 season by Angelo Bergamonti, but after that year, Aermacchi gave the bike to other riders. It raced for many more seasons. When the current owner bought the bike in 2019, I’m not sure how many original 1970 parts were still on it, but he tried to recover them. So, it’s fine for the Original category.
